The flow

Share it once. It does the rest.

Three things happen, in order, every time you share something into LoomBox — and the last one is yours to decide.

Tap Share. Pick LoomBox.

Pin LoomBox to the top of your iOS share sheet — it's right there alongside AirDrop and Messages, in any app you already use.

Classified, the moment it lands.

Link, Image, or File — LoomBox knows. Title, preview, and metadata pulled automatically. Add a note or pick a collection if you want, or just hit Save.

Drag and drop. Done.

The menu-bar drop zone catches anything you drag onto it — a file from Finder, a link from Safari, an image from anywhere. Same library, same place.

How it works

From noise to ordered — in three motions.

The LoomBox library on iPhone, with saved items grouped by date.
Tap Share · pick LoomBox
Saved · auto-categorised
Added to “Reading list”
Step 01 · Share

One tap from any app you already use.

Pin LoomBox to the top of your iOS share sheet and any link, photo, video, document, or text becomes a saved item in a single tap. On Mac, drop it onto the pill. Anywhere, paste from the clipboard.

Step 02 · Auto-categorise

LoomBox classifies it instantly.

Content type — link, image, album, screenshot, video, audio, note, document, contact, location or event — plus source app, time, link preview, thumbnail, duration and file size are all detected on-device the moment it lands. Zero tagging required.

Step 03 · Customise (optional)

Or drop it into a collection of your own.

Make collections for projects, trips, reading lists, recipes — anything — with your own icons and colours. Or skip it entirely: search, filters, and time grouping already make everything findable.

Why LoomBox

A quiet place for the things you keep meaning to come back to.

Six small ideas, working together. Save without friction. Find without effort. Stay on your device.

01 · Save

From any app, in one tap.

If it has a share sheet, LoomBox accepts it — there's no app whitelist or integration to set up. Share sheet on iPhone & iPad, drop zone on Mac, clipboard import anywhere. Links, images, albums, screenshots, video, audio, notes, documents, contacts, locations and events — auto-classified the moment they arrive.

02 · Organise

Sorted the moment it lands.

Content type, source app and time are detected automatically. Filter by type or by the app it came from, and everything stays grouped by when you saved it.

03 · Collect

Group what belongs together.

Collections with custom icons and colours.

05 · Live · Pro

Live downloads.

Video & audio saved offline the moment they arrive, on Wi-Fi.

06 · Private

100% on-device.

No account. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. No server to leak.

For the moments

Sound familiar?

Every one of these is a save you'll wish you'd made. LoomBox is the place to put them — before they slip away.

The lost PDF

“Wait, where did I save that thing — Mail? Drive? WhatsApp? AirDrop?

One inbox. Search once. Find anywhere it came from.
The reel for Sarah

“This is hilarious — I need to send this to Sarah later.”

One tap. It's still there when you remember.
The site you swore you'd remember

“This is so useful — I'll definitely remember the URL.” (you won't)

Share → LoomBox. Browsing history's off the hook.
The read-later black hole

I'll definitely read this later.” (12 weeks ago)

Saved in a tap. Reopen when you've got 10 minutes.
The screenshot in there somewhere

“I know I screenshotted it — somewhere in the last 14,000 photos.

Save the ones that matter. Find them by what they are.
Location, again

“Bro, can you send your location?” — for the tenth time this month

Drop a pin in once. Reopen forever.
The buried recommendation

“Someone sent me that place — 4,000 messages ago.

Share it as it lands. Buried threads stop mattering.
If any of these feel familiar — LoomBox was made for you.

Privacy by design

No account. No server. Nothing to leak.

Everything you save lives in a private store inside LoomBox's own app group container, readable only by LoomBox and its share extension. There is no account, no analytics, and no LoomBox server — the app never contacts one, because there isn't one.

  • Zero accounts. Download, open, save. That's the entire onboarding.
  • Local SwiftData store in your device's App Group container. Your files. Your storage.
  • No telemetry, no SDKs, no tracking. The app ships with zero external dependencies.
  • Network requests only when you act — a link preview, a media download. None carries an identifier, an account, or anything but the one URL being fetched.
  • iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on with Pro and it moves through your iCloud, never ours. Turn it off any time.
  • Face ID / Touch ID lock, verified on-device by iOS. LoomBox is told only whether it succeeded.
